Matthew completed his Bachelors’ Degree in 2014 at The Evergreen State College and completed his Masters’ Degree at American Public University in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance.
He currently serves as the Grant Development Specialist for the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation and coordinates with Tribal Programs in researching, developing of grant proposals and monitoring grants from Federal, Philanthropic, Private, and State organizations. Additionally, he works on economic planning to promote a sustainable economy for the Colville Indian Reservation and border communities.

Grant Writer III

Frank "Bunky" Andrews is a Grant Writer III for the Colville Tribes. Andrews started with CCT Planning in 2009, and developed many of the formal processes behind grant development for the Colville Tribes.
Andrews graduated from Coulee Dam High School in the late 60s and enlisted in the US Air Force, and was sent to Da Nang Vietnam. Afterward, he attended Eastern Washington University and acquired a BA in Urban & Regional Planning.
Following his academic career he worked with CCT Planning beginning the late 70s, was the CDA Tribe Planning DIrector, was an Environmental Protection Specialist with the BIA, was the Cultural and Natural Resource Manager for Lake Roosevelt, before returning to where he started, CCT Planning.
