The Legislative Database was the vision of the Colville Tribes former Chairman, Jim Boyd.  And it is one of the primary tools that tribal staff, community members, regional partners, and other decision-makers can use to help ensure that they are making data-informed decisions that address these indicators and improve access to opportunity for all Colville Indian Reservation residents.
